Bowen: A Complaint Free World

One book that has made a huge impact on my life is the book "A Complaint Free World" written by Will Bowen.

Will Bowen is a church minister, and this book became a social experiment of sorts as his church congregation got involved in creating a Complaint Free World. After sharing the concept with the church, they began to send out bracelets to people all over the world, to help them to change their behaviour.
